[USB-C] Can my USB-C laptop use Innergie laptop adapter?
Innergie USB-C Laptopn Adapters support most of USB-C laptops. To check compatibility, please use our Adapter & Tip Finder.

[USB-C] Why doesn't Innergie include USB-C tip in the package of laptop adapters?
Due to different design logic of tranditional and USB-C adpaters, Innergie laptop adpaters do not provide USB-C tip. The traditional adapter's output power is fixed in 19.5V and USB-C dapaters' output power is auto-switch to 5V,9V,12V,15V, or 20V upon laptop's input request. If you would like to charge your USB-C laptop, please choose PowerGear USB-C 45. If you would like to charge USB-C mobile phones, please choose PowerJoy 30C.

[Product] Can WizardTip be installed on PowerGear 95 Pro?
PowerGear 95 Pro is not compatile with WizardTip due to the DC cable design. But, all other Innergie laptop adapters are compatible with the WizardTip.

[Product] Does PowerJoy 30C support QC 3.0?
Innergie PowerJoy 30C support USB PD technology which includes 5 rails for charging and supports same charging performance as QC 3.0. We don't have QC certification.

[Product] Can PowerJoy 30C charge my mobile device while changing its plug's direction?
For safety concern, we don't suggest you turning the AC plug direction while charging. Please turn the AC plug to the direction you prefer before plug into Wall outlet.

[Product] What is the charging performance of PowerJoy 30C?
While only using USB-C port to charge device, the built-in USB PD technology provides 5 rails of charging mode (5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/2.5A, 15V/2A, 20V/1.5A).
While using both ports to charge devices, the USB-C port provides the most 5V/3A output, and another USB-A port provides 5V/2.4A output.

Probably the best way to solve your dilemma is by using our Adapter & Tip Finder. Any questions or concerns you have about our adapters, such as where they can be used, wattage support, and the number and types of devices they can power, can all be answered.

[Warranty] What is your warranty policy?
We warranty the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage, as described in the user manual, for a period of 3 years for universal adapters and 3 years for USB adapters and 1 year for rechargeable batteries and USB Cables from the date of purchased. During that time period, defective product may be returned for repair or replacement.

[Registration] When I register my product, what should I fill for "Serial Number" column? Or where can I find the number?
For all adapters and chargers, you can find S/N number on the back or side of the product. For Cables, you can find the number 308XXXXXXX or ACC-XXXXXXX on the package.

If you purchased Innergie product from our authorized online retailers via Innergie website, please contact the online retailers directly on their warranty process. Different online retailers' policies may vary.

When charging your devices, the IC of your devices will auto-detect and define how much voltage/amp to withdraw from the charger. So, Innergie's fast charge will not damage your mobile phones. [Tech] I feel Innergie adapter is hot while charging. Is that normal?
Innergie has higher standard for temperature testing. The actual operating temperature of Innergie adapters are usually lower than other brand adapters. We promise it is safe for use. If you still have any concern, please contact us.

If your only concern is determining whether or not an Innergie adapter ships with the tip needed for your laptop or netbook, then use our Adapter & Tip Finder instead.

[Compatibility] None of the tips provided in the standard package work with my laptop, how can I get a tip for my laptop?
First, please confirm your laptop's voltage and wattage requirement is within Innergie adapter's specification definition range. If you cannot find a compatible tip within the standard package, we suggest using the Adapter & Tip Finder to find out the tip you need. Then, you can fill the Free Tip Program form to request a free tip for your laptop.

[Compatibility] Do Innergie laptop adapters support Microsoft Surface and Apple MagSafe?
Mircosoft Surface and Apple MagSafe currently are not licensed to any third party. Therefore, Innergie does not provide Mircosoft Surface and Apple MagSafe tip in the package or via Free Tip Program.

[Compatibility] Can Innergie Laptop Adapter charge my Gaming Laptop?
Most of gaming laptops request more than 100-Watt Power. Innergie Laptop Adapters support up to 95 watts. So, we don't recommend you using Innergie Laptop Adapters for your gaming laptop. If you would like to confirm the power request of your laptop, you can check the " How do I know the voltage and wattage requirement of my laptop" in the FAQ.

[Compatibility] My Laptop requests 12V input. Can Innergie Laptop Adapters charge my laptop?
Innergie Laptop Adapters provides 19-20 V working voltage. Your 12V laptop is not compatible with Innergie' laptop adapters. If your laptop is USB-C laptops (12V), you can choose Innergie's USB-C Laptop Adapters which can support 12V input.

[Specification] How do I know the voltage and wattage requirements of my laptop?
There are two ways to verify the voltage and wattage requirements for your laptop.
Check the label located at the bottom of your laptop. There should be a label or indication of the voltage and current required. Wattage requirements are computed by multiplying voltage by current.(For example: a laptop with the specs of 19V x 3.42A requires 65 watts of power)

[Specification] Do Innergie adapters have built-in battery?
No, Innergie notebook adapters do not have batteries built in, and therefore cannot be used without being connected to a power source.

[Specification] Does Innergie adapter include an Australia Plug in the package?
Only some Innergie models provide multiple international plugs in the package. Currently, PowerGear ICE 65 and PowerTravel Kit include Australia plug in the package. Other models, such as PowerJoy 30C, do not include Australia plug.
